We will utilize the two functions of digital local currency and digital administrative points to stimulate the local economy, as well as build regional and administrative DX and systems to support people's ties to each other. This will be a model project to improve the quality of life for citizens and form a sustainable and strong regional infrastructure.

Higashimurayama EinPay

Higashimurayama EinPay is the digital local currency that will create Higashimurayama's future. You can pay using an app on your smart phone and the QR code at the store.
It can be used at member stores in the city, and, in addition to promoting consumption activities and the economic cycle, it will improve the city's economy and make life more convenient by strengthening regional ties through campaigns and other activities.

Held EinPay Marche

We held the EinPay Marche by gathering stores and kitchen cars that accept EinPay to strengthen ties with member stores and promote　Higashimurayama EinPay. Not only EinPay users, but even those who had never used EinPay came and enjoyed shopping.

Campaigns and verification of their effects

We held two campaigns aimed at users: The "Tsukau To Kaeru (Use and Get Premium Points) Campaign" and "Charge Demo Kaeru (Charge and Get Premium Points) Campaign." The effects of each campaign were verified, and the acquired data was shared on forums and other opportunities for EinPay member stores.

Improved convenience

In order to improve the convenience for users, we made it possible to pay certificate issuing fees at the Citizens' Affairs Division and Collections Division, expanded functions by adding a remittance function between users, and installed dedicated top-up machines.

We plan to continue to promote the economic cycle by holding a point payback campaign for users. We also plan to promote measures to strengthen ties with local communities, expand the app's functions, and improve services for residents.
